Plastic made from algae is crazy green

Algae can be made into plastic due to studies. A California-based company is testing algae to see what it can do. Algae can be made into car parts, bottles, containers, keyboards, and many other things. In several years most plastic things will be made from algae. Algae wouldn't affect food crops the way other bioplasctics do. The cost for plastic would be lower if they started making plastic from algae.

This seems like a pretty good idea. I think they should keep testing things to see if it will actually work. It would be cool if they could make this happen quicker. I think other companies should get involved so it wouldn't take so long to actually make this happen. It would save the country money which is good. I would have never thought algae would be safe for us to make plastic out of. I always though algae wasn't good, but i guess it is.
